ROI is always looking for individuals with an engineering or business-administration background to join us as consultants and senior consultants. We generally fill partner positions from among in-house employees. Because of our growth and our international orientation, this means that all employees who come on board ROI for the long term enjoy exceptional prospects for advancement.

Consultant
You generally come in as a consultant. The task spectrum ranges from performing research to running current-status analyses to collaborating on design development and tracking measures during implementation. As a second step, you're given full responsibility for the results that you achieve together with the client’s employees on your part of the project.  

Senior consultants and project managers
If you prove to be successful at handling parts of projects, you’re given responsibility as project manager – initially for smaller projects, later for larger ones. You decide how to go about things and take responsibility for the management of the project, as well as its results. You’re the client’s main point of contact.

Partner
A partner oversees several project managers and is responsible for developing and fostering long-standing client relationships. Partners jointly refine the ROI consulting approach and are furthermore responsible for employee development and ensuring project quality. New locations (abroad) are set up for ROI by partners.
