All ROI, consultants are regularly offered the opportunity to attend in-house seminars, which are held by colleagues and outside advisors. In addition, subject to agreement, it’s possible to make use of outside advanced training offers when needed.

If you’re interested in obtaining an advanced degree or taking part in an MBA program, we generally support our employees in these efforts. ROI offers a variety of models, such as a three-year employment agreement that allows you to take one year off.

At the same time, however, our challenging projects are generally the best opportunity for further personal development.
