Advanced training and lean training
Lean training sessions offered by ROI Management Consulting AG support the change processes in our projects and ensure that they are made permanent. On the basis of objectives defined jointly with our customers, we design customized training sessions – from the management offices to the shop floor.
Training sessions take place at the customer's location as part of the project. Our mobile learning lab covers all lean principles in a lively manner. Together with select reference clients, we also organize workshops in flawlessly run companies and factories in order to demonstrate the benefits of rigorous application of lean methodologies and lean thinking.
