ROI projects in the high-tech and electronics sector have two main points of emphasis.

The first is increasing efficiency in production and in the supply chain. This means optimizing procurement processes and provisioning in the factory; introducing new planning and controlling models; analyzing and exploiting potentials for rationalization along the entire distribution channel; and designing optimal distribution and logistics networks.

The second focus of ROI Management Consulting lies on improving R&D processes as well as on product design.

We successfully performed numerous product costs reduction programs together with our clients.  E.g. for complex electronic components we managed to deliver a 20% production costs reduction. This was achieved by means of systematic fulfillment (and not overfulfillment) of client’s demands, application of morphological analysis and Cherry Picking, through Design-to-Manufacturing and Design-to-Assembly approaches as well as methods like price analysis for purchased parts.
