We successfully performed numerous product costs reduction programs together with our clients. E.g. for complex electronic components we managed to deliver a 20% production costs reduction. This was achieved by means of systematic fulfillment (and not overfulfillment) of client’s demands, application of morphological analysis and Cherry Picking, through Design-to-Manufacturing and Design-to-Assembly approaches as well as methods like price analysis for purchased parts.
