ROI Management Consulting AG was founded in Zurich by Dr Thomas Seidel. The name ROI stands for return on investment: our implementation-driven consulting work provides measurable results and quick recoupment of outlays.

In the years following the company’s establishment, offices were set up in Vienna, Munich, and Prague. In addition, ROI Management Consultants is part of a network of partner companies that has developed over many years in the US, Europe, and Asia.

Since its founding, ROI has always rigorously focused on its core areas, targeting the development of expertise in select sectors.

As a result, ROI has an excellent methodology that has been continually refined over decades. The unique elements of its consulting approach give ROI a distinct competitive advantage, particularly today.
