ROI is constantly on the lookout for engineers and industrial engineers to come on board as consultants and senior consultants. Preferably, partner level positions are filled with our own personnel. So, considering our growth and internationality, all employees who commit themselves on a long-term basis to ROI have excellent perspectives for personal development.
Consultant
You usually enter ROI as a consultant. Your activities range from research and actuality analyses to collaboration in concept development and pursuit of measures during implementation. The second stage is to take on full responsibility for the results of your subproject, which you achieve in collaboration with the client’s employees in each case.
Senior Consultant and Project Manager
Once you have proven yourself in the successful completion of sub-projects you assume responsibility as Project Manager initially for small projects and later for larger projects. You define the modus operandi and are responsible for project management and also for the results of the project. You are the client’s principal point of contact.
Partner
A partner directs a number of project managers and is responsible for establishing and fostering long-term client relations. Together the partners develop an overall ROI consulting approach and are also responsible for personnel development and for assuring project quality.

At ROI there is no "up or out". Instead we offer our employees long-term perspectives.
