Results of joint BVL and ROI study published

ROI Management Consulting AG, an international consultancy with decades of experience in the field of supply chain management, recently published the results of its joint study with BVL, the German Federal Logistics Association, on alternative routes of transportation from China to Eastern Europe.

The study analyzes the logistic quality of North Sea ports as compared to the Mediterranean and Black Sea ports, which are less favorably located geographically. A survey among practitioners confirmed the four North Sea Ports of Hamburg (D), Antwerp (BE), Bremen/Bremerhaven (D), and Rotterdam (NL) to be the most reliable and safe chain links to support logistical supply to Eastern European plants.
