Six Sigma

A quality management method aimed at minimising process errors and, at the same time, prioritising customer needs. A sigma level is determined which should be as close as possible to Six Sigma, which describes a zero error rate. For this purpose, processes are described, measured, analysed, improved and monitored using statistical means, which is often achieved using the DMAIC method (define, measure, analyse, improve, control).
