Former Festool Engineering boss Frank Göller moves to ROI

Munich, 3rd July 2017 – ROI Management Consulting AG continues its growth trajectory. Frank Göller has become a Managing Partner in the ROI management team. Göller, who used to be Managing Director of Festool Engineering GmbH, will lead a new team of experts, which will focus its attention on developing and implementing lean strategies for different sectors and company divisions.  

As the Managing Director of Festool Engineering GmbH, from 2012 Frank Göller was responsible for the company's development and strategic orientation. He advised companies from the manufacturing industry, in particular, on the implementation of lean transformation programmes, production strategies and associated organisational development programmes. In addition, Frank Göller's team has extensive experience in creating and carrying out practical training programmes in a lean environment.  

The experience and expertise of this new team fits in perfectly with ROI's service and training portfolio. ROI has grown rapidly in recent years, and now employs over 100 consultants in its Munich office alone. The company has received several awards for its projects in production, R&D and Industry 4.0, and for its unique Lean & IoT training concept, the most recent of these being the renowned Lünendonk Innovation Award in March 2017.
