Dr. Kai Magenheimer is Senior Partner at EFESO Management Consultants.

His consulting focuses are on the conception and global implementation of operational excellence, the strategic design and evaluation of production and supply chain networks as well as the design and development of organizations of internationally operating companies.

He studied mechanical engineering at the RWTH Aachen University and subsequently earned his doctorate at the Institute for Machine Tools and Management Sciences (iwb) at the Technical University of Munich on the subject of Lean Management in Indirect Areas.
