Leadership Assessment

Leadership is a critical success factor in the implementation of change. Ambitious goals, for example in the context of zero defect, on-time delivery or zero waste, can only be achieved if excellent leadership is practiced in the company.

The industrial environment in particular is characterized by evolved structures. Generational changes and the introduction of new ways of working and technologies can present major challenges here. By analyzing leadership behavior in concrete work situations, we determine the maturity level of the company in terms of leadership and develop a clear picture of the individual challenges. Capture leadership behavior in the direct work environment

We record the behavior of managers in the direct work environment, e.g. through participant observation and evaluation of performance meetings, gemba tours, focus interviews with managers and focus groups. In addition, we use instruments such as Leader Behavior Audits and Meeting Efficiency Audits. This gives you a clear picture of leadership behavior on the store floor in a short time.
