Explanation: Fresh-Eye

The term Fresh-Eye refers to the deliberate involvement of individuals not directly involved in a project to provide an unbiased, external perspective on processes, challenges, or decisions.

This "outside view" is intended to reveal blind spots, challenge assumptions, and foster innovation. Fresh-Eye reviewers are often invited to join project reviews, workshops, or feedback sessions, especially when internal teams may have lost objectivity due to deep involvement.
