Explanation: Incoterms

Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) are a globally recognized set of rules issued by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) that define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers in international trade. They clarify who is responsible for transportation, insurance, customs clearance, and other logistics, and at which point the risk transfers from the seller to the buyer.
