This training will enable you to be a professional negotiator. The programme follows a structured approach that covers negotiation preparation, conducting negotiations and achieving objectives. You will learn to develop and use arguments that cannot be attacked by the other side and develop repartee skills in the face of attacks and tricks from the other side. Finally, you will apply what you have learnt in sophisticated role plays in front of the camera and then receive detailed feedback from negotiation professionals on how to improve.
