HIDDEN CHAMPIONS OF THE CONSULTING MARKET 2024/25

ROI-EFESO is Germany's leading consultancy in the discipline of "Engineering, Production & Industry 4.0". This is the result of a survey of more than 1,000 executives from large and medium-sized companies conducted by the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB) for the renowned survey "Hidden Champions of the Consulting Market 2024/25". ROI-EFESO has been awarded the seal of quality for the fifth time in a row and has held the top position in this consulting discipline since 2015.
Best ratings for production and Industry 4.0

The survey covers 20 thematic segments and ten sectors. In the "Engineering & Production" segment, ROI-EFESO once again achieved first place. To this end, the top managers surveyed assessed the consultancy's expertise in the fields of production, R&D, technology management, operational efficiency, shopfloor management, global footprint and Industry 4.0.
The study also focused on the most important criteria when selecting a consulting firm. ROI-EFESO is positioned here in "Communication at specialist level" as well as in "Thought leadership" and "Methodological knowledge".
Quality seal from WGMB and Capital
The “Hidden Champions” seal is the oldest seal of quality awarded for outstanding consulting services in Germany. It has been awarded by the WGMB together with the business magazine “Capital” for almost 20 years.
Over 1,000 top managers in Germany whose companies have an annual turnover of ≥ 500 million euros were surveyed. They were asked to name unaided ten management consultancies. To be listed as a Hidden Champion, the competence of the consultancy named had to be rated higher than that of the three leading global consultancies McKinsey, BCG and Bain in at least one consulting area or sector, in addition to other criteria.
