HIDDEN CHAMPIONS OF THE CONSULTING MARKET 2022/23

ROI-EFESO has once again positioned itself as Germany's leading consultancy in the discipline of "Engineering, Production & Industrie 4.0". This was determined by the renowned industry study "Hidden Champions of the Consulting Market 2022/23" by the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB). ROI-EFESO achieved this top ranking for the third time in a row as a result of a survey of more than 1,000 top managers of large German corporations and medium-sized companies.

Independent survey of top management

The comprehensive industry survey conducted by the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung mbH (WGMB) under the direction of Prof. Dr. Fink is carried out every two years and is already in its eighth edition. More than 1,000 top managers in Germany whose companies have an annual turnover of more than 1 billion euros were surveyed.

They were asked to name ten consulting firms without support. In order to be listed as a hidden champion, companies with an annual turnover of at least EUR 500 million had to meet an additional criterion: the competence of the named hidden champion had to be rated higher than the three leading global consulting firms McKinsey, BCG and Bain in at least one consulting area or sector. A total of 30 consulting firms qualified as hidden champions in this way.

For ROI-EFESO, it is the fourth Hidden Champion award in a row after 2015, 2018 and 2020.
