Explanation: Coaching Kata

A coaching method that goes back to lean management and is used in agile project management, for example. In Coaching Kata, a coach guides a coachee through a series of steps to promote continuous improvement and problem-solving skills in the work environment. In a clearly defined process, the person being coached is helped to identify goals, overcome obstacles and experiment. It also focuses on how feedback is used for ongoing learning and continuous improvement.
