PDCA cycle is a quality assurance instrument. This circle describes a systematic problem-solving process which is composed of the defined sequence of the following activities:
- Plan (problem analysis / measure definition)
- Do (action implementation)
- Check (effectiveness check)
- Act (standardise / or in the event of ineffectiveness of measures repeat process)
