Explanation: Shopfloor Board

Visual management tool used in production environments. This is usually a whiteboard or a blackboard. These boards display important information such as production targets, performance indicators, work plans, problems and suggestions for improvement in the "shopfloor" work area. This gives employees in the plant a quick overview of the current production status.
