Lean Production Simulations
With the Lean Production simulations of our Mobile Learning Factory, you will experience the benefits that result from the application of Lean principles. The focus is on avoiding waste with the aim of increasing the efficiency, productivity and quality of processes. We put emphasis on a playful way (gamification approach) to teach Lean methods and fields of application such as 5S, SMED, Kanban, value stream analysis/design as well as Shopfloor Management. Our simulations are geared towards the areas of production, assembly and logistics and offer you a dynamic group and learning experience.
Industry 4.0 Simulations
With our Industry 4.0 simulations, you can try out how data and technologies work in live operation - and what concrete and measurable benefits arise in the value creation process. The focus is on learning and grasping the technical possibilities such as sensor technology, RFID, 3D printing, apps and digital assistance systems as well as data analytics and cloud technologies. In order to experience live the benefits of digitized and connected process steps, our simulations reproduce real Industry 4.0 use cases such as Digital Shopfloor Management, Predictive Maintenance, Predictive Quality or Digital Twin.

Industry 4.0 Demo and Learning World
In addition, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Industry 4.0 / IoT (Internet of Things) technologies and application scenarios by considering Lean principles in the learning factories in Munich, Prague and Abu Dhabi. In case you prefer an online version of the training, we use our virtual learning factory based on the example of a manufacturing process for chocolate. Here, you will learn in particular the specific use of product and process data to optimize processes in the factory.
